Riding Curfew & Fees Notice
As of October 28, 2013, we will only be able to ride from 8AM-11PM daily. This curfew has been issued by the city of Goldsboro at this time. We are still in negotiations regarding this decision, and do hope these riding hours will only be temporary. We have maintained 24 hour riding at our facility for many years, and hope to continue this in the future. Our office hours will remain unchanged, so you will still be able to check-in at anytime.
Due to the current riding restrictions and the continued re-zoning process for our park, we will not be changing any of our fees. All of our prices will remain the same.
We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding at this time. We will continue to update everyone with any future changes.
HELP SUPPORT BUSCO BEACH
Busco Beach and ATV Park needs your support. As many of you may know, we have been working with the City of Goldsboro to get our park rezoned so that we can make additions and improvements that are in compliance with local zoning requirements. Throughout this process, which is not yet complete, the City of Goldsboro has mandated that we enforce a riding curfew for our guests. This change will end our tradition of 24 hour riding which so many of our guests enjoy. Busco does not consider the restriction of riding hours to be an improvement to the park and we would like to give our friends and guests the opportunity to voice your opinion. Changes such as this can have a far-reaching effect on the community as a whole, from local business owners to the industry and tourism departments of our city. Whether you are a loyal guest or a business owner, WE NEED TO HEAR FROM YOU! The city of Goldsboro, NC, needs to hear from you!
You can e-mail the Goldsboro City Council.
We also have an online petition that you can sign and comment on.
Thank you for your support,
Busco Beach and ATV Park

The curfew for daytime guests is 11PM
If you are staying overnight in the park you MUST HAVE A VISIBLE PARKING TAG displayed in your vehicle (hanging on the rear-view mirror or on dash facing outwards) with an acceptable date on it (the following day or later) to show that you have paid to spend the night. If you DO NOT have all of these things WE WILL WAKE YOU UP OR YOU ARE SUBJECT TO TOWING! You CANNOT spend the night and pay in the morning! We expect you to pay in advance! You can visit the office at anytime to pay for spending additional time in the park.
The Busco Beach office is open 24 hours from Friday through Sunday. There is always a contact number posted on the front door. You must check-in or attempt to contact us upon arrival.
Primitive or tent campers must be setup in designated locations or around the main lake. We DO NOT allow you to camp anywhere in our trail system.
NO JEEPS OR TRUCKS allowed anywhere in our trails.
All guests 18 and older must sign a waiver before entering the park. All persons signing a waiver must also possess a drivers license or state issued ID upon arrival. If you are 18 or older but do not have a license or ID, then you must have someone of age with a license or ID sign for you, just as a minor would do. To sign for someone else you would fill out the waiver with all of your own information, then below your signature and date at the end, you add the person(s) you are signing for's name and date of birth. You can download the waiver below, print it out, fill in your info in pen, and have them ready when you arrive at the park. This will make your check-in process much quicker!
Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view PDF files. This is a free program available from the Adobe web site. Follow the download directions on the Adobe web site to get your copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Attention All Minors
Any persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult (a responsible party over the age of 18) or parent/guardian when they enter Busco Beach & ATV Park. The responsible adult will have to be on the premises with the minor, so they cannot, for example, sign a waiver for the minor and then leave the property with the minor unattended.
